Day of Caring Community-Wide Food Drive celebrates Interfaith’s 52 Years of Service
Interfaith of The Woodlands will celebrate its 52nd Anniversary with a Day of Caring: A Community-Wide Food Drive on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 4242 Interfaith Way, The Woodlands, Texas 77381.
This special day invites the community to come together in support of neighbors in need by helping stock Interfaith’s Food Pantry for the holiday season.
Participants are encouraged to:
- Gather a team of family, friends, co-workers, or congregation members to join the effort.
- Collect non-perishable food items and designate a drop-off location, such as a home, office, school, or place of worship.
- Deliver collected items to Interfaith on the Day of Caring.

“Interfaith was founded on the principle of neighbors helping neighbors,” said Missy Herndon, President & CEO of Interfaith of The Woodlands. “As we celebrate 52 years of service this month, we invite the community to join us in caring for one another by ensuring every family has food on the table this holiday season.”
The Interfaith Food Pantry serves thousands of individuals each month who are experiencing food insecurity. Donations received through the Day of Caring will help sustain Interfaith Food Pantry during the holiday season and beyond.
