[June 10, 2023] 2nd Saturday at The Depot is a family-friendly event featuring a movie and activities for kids at Tomball Depot Plaza, 201 S. Elm St., from 6:00 to 10:00 pm. The movie is Little Big League, about a twelve-year-old who becomes the heir to a major league baseball team.

The movie starts at dusk (about 8:30 p.m.) but get there early for the kid-friendly activities and scavenger hunt (while supplies last). [September 23, 2023] GroovFest is an award-winning festival and a flashback to the days of Buddy Holly, the Doors, and the Beatles at the Tomball Depot Plaza. There will be a giant VW show from the North Houston Volkswagen Club, groovy vendors, kids’ activities, delicious food, and magical music from the summer of love featuring The Fab 5 and more! [October 7, 2023] Grab the family and your Halloween costumes and join the City of Tomball at Spooktacular to kick off Halloween fun at Tomball Depot Plaza! There will be games, bounce houses, face painters, food, music and a pumpkin photo boo-th.

Festivities start at 4:00 pm but when dusk approaches the Depot will be filled with witches as to watch Hocus Pocus. Bring your chairs, blankets, and snacks to watch this movie about a teenage boy named Max and his little sister accidentally awaken a trio of diabolical sister witches.
