Fatal Accident Investigation in Conroe
On Saturday morning at around 12:20am, Conroe Police Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of FM 3083 concerning a female jumping from a moving car.
A couple had just left the Montgomery County fair when the 25 year old passenger, Brooke Small, opened the passenger door and jumped out of the moving car. Brooke was said to be intoxicated and upset about leaving the event. Numerous citizens stopped to administer first aid. Brooke suffered severe head trauma and injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. Judge Wayne Mack ordered an autopsy. Crash investigators and Detectives made the scene and conducted interviews.
No charges have been filed and are not expected at this time. The female’s husband was driving the car at the time and cooperated with Investigators. His name is not being released by Conroe Police Department at this time. The husband was not under the influence of alcohol.
