Fielding’s Wood Grill to celebrate Grand Re-Opening after week-long remodel
Labor Day weekend is shaping up to be one of the biggest weekends of the year for food lovers in The Woodlands as Fielding’s Restaurant Group invites guests to celebrate at both Fielding’s Wood Grill and Fielding’s Local with special events, new menu offerings and holiday festivities.
After a week-long remodel, Fielding’s Wood Grill will officially unveil its refreshed look and new culinary offerings during its Grand Re-Opening Brunch on Sunday, Sept. 6, beginning at 10 a.m.
The restaurant will temporarily close Monday, Aug. 31 through Saturday, Sept. 5 as the team completes renovations and prepares an updated dining experience featuring new chef-driven menu items and handcrafted cocktails.
Guests attending the grand re-opening can be among the first to experience the refreshed restaurant, explore new brunch favorites and sample an all-new beverage program designed to complement the updated menu.
“Our goal has always been to continue evolving while delivering an exceptional dining experience,” said Cary Attar, founder of Fielding’s Restaurant Group. “This remodel allows us to introduce exciting new flavors and a refreshed atmosphere while staying true to everything our guests have come to love about Fielding’s Wood Grill.”
Meanwhile, just steps away, Fielding’s Local Kitchen + Bar will continue the Labor Day celebration with a special holiday event on Monday, Sept. 7 beginning at 4 p.m. The neighborhood favorite will feature exclusive Labor Day food and beverage specials crafted by the culinary and bar teams, giving guests the perfect excuse to relax and toast the long weekend.
Whether guests spent the holiday working, traveling or simply enjoying an extra day off, Fielding’s Local is inviting the community to celebrate with locally sourced cuisine, handcrafted cocktails and an energetic atmosphere.
“Labor Day is about taking a moment to celebrate the hard work we all put in throughout the year,” Attar said.
“Whether you’re joining us for brunch at Wood Grill or ending the holidayweekend with dinner and drinks at Fielding’s Local, we want guests to sit back, relax and let us take care of the rest.”
Additional Labor Day menu features for both restaurants will be announced leading up to the holiday weekend.
