Former Magnolia ISD High school Teacher Arrested

On April 11, 2023 Investigators with the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables Department and the Montgomery County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force executed a Search Warrant and Arrest Warrants on Grant Tozer, a 26 year old man from The Woodlands, Texas. 

It was alleged by a concerned student that Tozer had been involved in an Improper Relationship Between Educator and Student at Magnolia High School. After the complaint was received, Tozer resigned from MISD and PCT 5 Investigators worked quickly gaining probable cause to obtain three arrest warrants for Tozer and a search warrant for his residence. Tozer was taken into custody at his residence without incident and the investigation remains ongoing. 

Grant Tozer was arrested on two counts of Possession of Child Pornography (Third Degree Felonies) and Improper Relationship Between Educator and Student. (Second Degree Felony). 

Constable Chris Jones commented, “The Precinct 5 Constable’s Department will continue to work closely with the Magnolia Independent School District and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force to protect our children and keep MISD schools safe.
