Free Concerts in the Montgomery County Area

Since the end of lockdown, we have continued to move towards “normalcy” more and more every day and that means going to see concerts. This summer, many venues in the Montgomery County area are welcoming friends and families back to enjoy their favorite songs being played on a big stage. From the sounds of The Beatles to a tribute to Johnny Cash, here is a guide to free concerts to get you back on your feet cheering to the music.

CLASSICAL MYSTERY TOUR: MUSIC OF THE BEATLES

Date: Wednesday, July 27

Time: 7:00 pm

Location: The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, 2005 Lake Robbins Dr, The Woodlands, Texas 77380

Celebrate the Beatles classics with The Houston Symphony as they play the songs that have stayed popular throughout the decades including “Penny Lane” and “Yesterday.” No tickets are required as the Lawn and Mezzanine seating is free. Learn More

FREE CONCERT SERIES AT HERITAGE PLACE

Dates:

  • August 4 – Texas Flood Stevie Ray Vaughn Tribute Band
  • September 1 – Mike and the Moonpies

Time: 7:00 pm

Location: Heritage Place, 500 Metcalf Street, Conroe, Texas 77301

Now throughout the rest of the summer, Heritage Place will be hosting tribute bands to celebrate some of the greats in music. Bring blankets and lawn chairs to comfortably listen to the music. No tickets required as the lawn seating is free. Learn More
