Grand Central Park Opens Final Section of West Village Homesites

By  |

CONROE, TX – Grand Central Park has delivered its final remaining homesites in its West Village section of new homes, 96 tree-lined properties within walking distance of the community’s new Lake House Amenity Complex, Twilight Park and signature Grand Lake.

Considered to be among the most coveted homesites in Grand Central Park’s first phase of new homes, the wooded, 55-foot properties will feature new homes by Drees Custom Homes, Perry Homes and David Weekley Homes.

Starting in the $340s, single- and two-story plans by the three acclaimed builders will offer the finest in new home designs, from gourmet island kitchens and open entertaining spaces to luxurious owner’s suites, fun-packed game rooms, wine grottos and private studies. Plans from 2,200 – 3,400 square feet also offer multiple flex space options, bonus rooms and the latest in energy efficiencies.

“We saved some of our best West Village properties for last,” notes Shannon League, director of marketing for Grand Central Park. “Walking distance to our new amenities is a huge selling point, particularly with young families.  Plus, many of these homesites back up to reserves and open green spaces.”

Slated to open by the end of 2020, Grand Central Park’s Lake House Amenity Complex will feature a resort-style pool, fitness room, yoga and event lawn, playground, freestanding pavilion and event room with kitchen. The Lake House pool is scheduled to open for the 2020 swim season.

The final West Village homesites also are walking distance to the community’s new Twilight Park with playground, fitness trail and fitness stations and Grand Central Park’s picturesque, 88-acre Grand Lake, League adds.

Grand Central Park is home to 336 Marketplace featuring a Kroger Marketplace, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Dick’s Sporting Goods and several other retail conveniences.

The carefully planned community of new homes by Johnson Development Corp. is located at I-45 North and South Loop 336 five miles north of The Woodlands.
