“Having restaurant and shopping conveniences right in the community is a big plus for our residents,” says Shannon League, director of marketing for Grand Central Park. “Just to drive down the street to grab a bite, fill a prescription or pick up a few grocery items is a huge draw for prospective buyers considering a community of new homes.”

336 MARKETPLACE also appeals to the more than 53,000 workers within a 15-minute drive of the property, according to Fidelis Realty Partners.

“We continue to see those who work in the surrounding area come into the community as a result of the onsite retail,” she says.

A carefully planned community by Johnson Development Corp., Grand Central Park offers new luxury patio homes, lifestyle townhomes and larger, single-family homes starting in the $200s.
