Hops and Houses for Habitat for Humanity

By  |

Woodlands Style House and Deacon Baldy’s co-hosted a local event and fun family night out to raise money for Habitat for Humanity.

Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County is part of a global, non-profit housing organization focused on building homes, communities, and hope. Five percent of beer sales from the event were donated to the charity that is dear to the hearts of these two local businesses.

“Hops and Houses” was held on December 1, 2016 at Deacon Baldy’s that is located on 1488, one mile east of Highway 2978 in Magnolia, Texas. The bar and food truck park is a family friendly establishment that brings a variety of food choices, games, and beer under one roof. Deacon Baldy’s has a full bar of 40 taps and local brew and food trucks with chefs that have been featured on Chopped, Shark Tank, and Master Chef. Learn more at DeaconBaldys.com.

Sondra Lagasse and Jill Simms, owners of  Woodlands Style House, supported the event with face painting for the kids and gave away a free staging, styling, or organizing session. Woodlands Style House provides home-staging, styling, and simplifying to either help your house sell, or help you fall in love with it all over again.
