Hotel Indigo coming soon, Construction begins December 2017

Suryam Hospitality announced they are bringing one of the premier brands of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Hotel Indigo®.

Construction on the property is expected to start in December 2017, and the hotel should be open for business by first quarter of 2019. It will be situated on the lake behind the Grace Woodlands Church at the north end of the Hardy Toll Road.

Arun Magia, President of Suryam Hospitality LLC, and Dr. Steve Riggle, the Cathedral Lakes Developer and Senior Pastor of Grace Community Church – Woodlands Campus, led an announcement ceremony for the Hotel Indigo, Spring/The Woodlands at the Cathedral Lakes Development on Thursday, September 28th.

Other participants in the ceremony were Todd Stephens, District Chief for Congressman Kevin Brady; former State Representative Steve Toth; Suryam Hospitality attendees Mrs. Arun Magia, Mr. & Mrs. Praful Shah (investors), Mrs. Charu Duggal (friend), and Dave Holland, Vice President, Kinghorn, Driver, Hough, & Company; Stu Johnson, Kevin Hayes, and Blake Jakovich from the Cathedral Lakes Development and Grace Community Church; and Scott Covington, the Development broker.

Mr. Magia mentioned some unique features of Hotel Indigo, which are:
