Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and there are a variety of fun ways to celebrate in The Woodlands area. Grab your loved one and enjoy these local Valentine’s Day-themed activities!
February 5 – GalenPINE’s Floral Workshop – Grab your gal pals and get ready for an evening with Piney Rose at The Parlour By Design. Enjoy a Valentine’s-themed floral workshop by Taylor Handfelt, owner of Piney Rose, while enjoying champagne, light bites, sweets from Donut Resist Bakery, juice from Raw Creations Juice, and more. February 6 – Valentine’s Day Market – Come and shop for your friends, lovers, mothers, and others at this Valentine’s Day market at Lovebeans Coffeehouse. Find local small businesses offering handcrafted bouquets, handmade cards and signs, gourmet tarts, cakes, and cookies, clean and simple nut butters, handmade jewelry, and wine, chocolate, and of course, coffee! February 6 – Valentine’s Day Dog Festival – Join PawzUp at the CityPlace Springwoods plaza for a free day of socially-distanced pet-friendly fun featuring music, activities, photo-ops with Cupid, rescues, local vendors, and food. Safety protocols will be followed including social distancing, hand sanitizing stations, and masks. Learn More
February 10 – ARTFEEL at Market Street – Head to Market Street during Valentine’s Week for a celebration of love! ARTFEEL, a public art appreciation initiative by The Woodlands Arts Council, returns February 10 at 7:00 p.m. to Market Street’s Outdoor Stage. The NEW You Are Loved art bench is the creative prompt for the first live show of the year. ARTFEEL spotlights a particular public artwork and asks attendees to share how it makes them feel – their ARTFEEL. Bring a blanket, chairs and picnic to enjoy a free entertaining evening outdoors. Some people sing, some dance, some play instruments, some story-tell, and some say just one word – the emotion the artwork has evoked in them. Everyone gets about two minutes to express themselves using the artwork as a creative prompt. Learn More
February 11 through 14 – “Over the Moon for You” Valentine Celebration – Enjoy an evening of live music, an exceptional pre fixe three-course dinner curated by Executive Chef Nelson Padron, dancing, and more surrounded by art at Glade Arts Foundation. Experience the extraordinary Valentines jewelry collection by Mark Pharo displayed in the gallery. Los Angeles-based artist Leslie Spencer and Houston native Alex Navarro present a show of timeless love themes: standards, modern day classics and present-day love songs. Learn More

February 13 – Fur-ever Valentine’s Howl Night – For a little something different, celebrate Valentine’s Day by spending the evening with the wolves at Saint Francis Wolf Sanctuary’s Fur-Ever Valentine’s Howl Night! Join in on a sweetheart-themed tour where you will learn about wolves and wolfdogs. After the tour, snuggle up next to the campfire and cook hotdogs and s’mores. Have a favorite animal at the sanctuary? Not ready to end the night? With the purchase of both an event and camping ticket, you can camp overnight and wake up to breakfast and a special “good morning” howl from the pack! February 13 – Valentine’s Weekend Sunset Cruise – Grab your soulmatey and come aboard the Little Palm Yacht for a romantic cruise around Lake Conroe. Spend quality time with your special someone and celebrate Valentine’s Day the Margaritaville way. Ticket includes two glasses of wine from Bernhardt Winery and a charcuterie board to pair. February 13 – Valentine’s Day Activities at Market Street – Enjoy a candlelight concert and live musical entertainment from the Divisi Strings classical quartet from the patio of one of the restaurants or bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy the music from one of the socially-distanced circles marked in Central Park. Additionally, all weekend long guests may enjoy snapping selfies at a Valentine’s Day-themed photo op displayed in Central Park.
