Creekside Park The Grove Now Pre-Leasing

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) has announced that pre-leasing is now underway for Creekside Park® The Grove, the newest multifamily residential community in Creekside Park® Village Center in The Woodlands®. The newly named, Creekside Park The Grove, is the second multifamily development in the Village of Creekside Park and its village center, following the success of the award-winning Creekside Park The Residences, developed by The Howard Hughes Corporation.

Featuring an urban design with Craftsman-style architecture, Creekside Park The Grove is a 360-unit luxury community comprised of six, four-story buildings with elevators. Sizes on these one, two- and three-bedroom residences range from approximately 680 to 1,490 square feet. Ground level apartments include private, fenced yards.

The units include quartz countertops, simulated wood flooring, stainless appliances, walk-in closets, nine-foot ceilings, smart thermostats and a washer and dryer in every home. Private attached garages are available in all buildings, as well as ample covered parking. Covered walkways and loading zones are provided at each multifamily building for deliveries and ride share access.

The clubhouse is designed by the renowned Studio Red Architects and reflects a modern take on a Texas “dog trot” structure with a fireside back porch. The clubhouse is home to an extra-large fitness center and a flex space, fitness room for yoga, spin, and barre activities. Amenities at the clubhouse include a resort-style swimming pool and cabana with a resident wet bar and fireplace. A dog park and ample grilling areas are provided. A major focus has been given to creating ample spaces for co-working both within residential buildings and in outdoor amenity areas.

Other amenities include electric vehicle charging stations, 24-hour package delivery room, coffee bar and coffee lounge with a double-sided fire place and an outdoor fire pit with lounge seating.

A number of health driven technologies have been implemented into the project including touchless entry doors to the clubhouse, anti-microbial apartment door hardware, and common area HVAC that has been treated with ionization devices.

In addition, Creekside Park The Grove is conveniently located near Timber Creek Elementary, Creekside Park Junior High School and Primrose School of The Woodlands at Creekside Park. Within view of the multifamily community is Lake Paloma, which offers outdoor recreation and jogging paths.
