Memorial Hermann The Woodlands achieves First Well-Being Excellence Gold Tier Honor in Greater Houston

Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center has earned the Well-Being Excellence credential from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). The hospital is the first in Texas and third in the nation to earn the gold tier – the ANCC awards Well-Being Excellence in the tiers of bronze, silver and gold.

The Well-Being Excellence credential is a national recognition that highlights Memorial Hermann The Woodlands’ strong commitment to creating a healthy, evidence-based work environment where employees feel safe, supported and empowered. Throughout Memorial Hermann Health System, staff well-being is a strategic priority, contributing to improved engagement, retention and organizational performance.
