The theme for the gala was “One For The Records,” spotlighting the record breaking work of the Food Bank, its volunteers and community partners in 2020 and 2021. The theme allowed guests to ditch the usual black ties and evening gowns and spice up their night’s attire with rock ‘n’ roll flair. It was a big hit among the crowd – presenting a fun, celebratory atmosphere while also raising money for a very important cause.

The premier event showcased a variety of ways for community members to support the Food Bank, including a live auction, silent auction, wine and spirits pull, and raffle. Scott Harper, President of the Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce, and J.J. Hollie, President and CEO of The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce, served as co-emcees for the evening. Dr. Ann Snyder, who serves on both the Montgomery County Food Bank’s and The Woodlands Township’s Board of Directors, served as Honorary Chair of the event alongside Gala Chair, Amy Hollie.

  • Abundant Harvest at St. Isidore Episcopal, Partner Agency of the Year Award
  • Sam Houston State University School of Nursing, Volunteer Service Award
