Montgomery County Hispanic Chamber hosts Taxes for Small Business Workshop

The Montgomery County Hispanic Chamber held their first workshop of the year as part of the JP Morgan Learning Series titled “Taxes for Small Business” on Thursday, March 19 at the Kevin Brady Community Center in The Woodlands.

Speakers and tax professionals Ricky Castillo of Castillo CPA PLLC and Eduardo Ramirez of Supporting Strategies shared their knowledge and wisdom of how small business owners can implement useful strategies and gave bookkeeping tips to make the most out of tax season. The workshop was free to MCHC members and light bites were provided.

The next workshop in MCHC’s JP Morgan Learning Series titled “Access to Capital” will take place on Wednesday, April 22 at 11:30 a.m. at the Kevin Brady Community Center where local bankers will share tips for accessing capital as a small business owner.
