New Xscape Theatre opens on 1488

A new Xscape Theatre opened in June at 16051 Old Conroe Road to serve the north Montgomery County area.

The new movie theater includes electric recliners, reserved seating, large format screens with 4K digital projection and 70ft screens. The theater will have free daytime showings of family movies during the summer.

The Conroe location will be Xscape Theatres’ first theater in Texas and sixth location in the United States with theaters in Ohio, Florida, Kentucky, Maryland and New Jersey. The second Texas location is anticipated to be open in October 2018 in The Crossing at Katy Fulshear Development at FM 1093 and FM 1463.
