Sheriff’s Office Arrests Male for Sexual Assault of a Child
On July 31, 2018, at about 6:25 pm, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were patrolling the Park and Ride, located at 701 Westridge Road, Spring, TX when they observed a suspicious vehicle.
Deputies observed a male and a young female parked in the parking lot and appeared to be having sexual intercourse. After observing the Deputies presence, the male jumped into the driver’s sear and took off in the vehicle. The Deputies stopped the vehicle and during the investigation, learned that the male driver was 19 years old and the female passenger was 14 years old. During the search of the vehicle, Deputies also located marijuana inside of the vehicle.
The driver was identified as Nicholas John Hamauei, DOB 10/29/98. Mr Hamauei was arrested for Sexual Assault of a Child, a 2nd degree Felony and Possession of Marijuana. His bond has been set at $100,000.
