SJRA shares Lake Conroe Status as of July 23 at 3:30pm
The San Jacinto River Authority shared Lake Conroe’s Status as of Tuesday, July 24, 2024 at 3:30 p.m.
Due to the line of storms moving their way through the Lake Conroe Watershed today, the current level of Lake Conroe is 201.49 feet above mean sea level (msl) with an outflow rate of 2,660 cubic feet per second (cfs). Heavy rainfall potential remains in place for the next two to three days.
Lake Conroe will continue to pass through storm water and runoff received in the Upper San Jacinto River Basin until Lake Conroe returns to normal conservation lake level of 201 feet above msl. Monitor real-time information on Lake Conroe at www.sjra.net.
We will continue to monitor the forecast. We are in coordination with the City of Houston and the National Weather Service.
