Stibbs & Co., P.C. welcomes Holly A. Gruy as Director of Business Development
Stibbs & Co., P.C., a premier business law firm in Spring, Texas, is pleased to announce the hiring of Holly A. Gruy as its new Director of Business Development. With over 30 years of professional experience, Ms. Gruy brings a results-driven approach to the firm’s growth initiatives.
Ms. Gruy holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, graduating Cum Laude from Sam Houston State University. She is also a certified Master Economic Development Practitioner and has completed advanced leadership and strategy programs through Rice University’s Executive Education program.
Prior to joining Stibbs & Co., Ms. Gruy devoted nearly twenty-six years of service to The Woodlands Area Economic Development Partnership, serving the past six years as Chief Operating Officer where she led operations, strategic planning, and business recruitment efforts, including representing the organization in domestic and international trade missions. Her tenure was marked by her ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, implement innovative strategies, and drive organizational growth.
Ms. Gruy has also held leadership roles in multiple organizations including CASA, the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce, MC-SHRM, Executive Women’s Alliance, Panther Creek Inspiration Ranch, and Leadership Montgomery County.
