Now in its fourth year, the Business Summit has become a must-attended business event for small to mid-size businesses looking for leading edge resources and information to help them succeed and grow. This year’s summit focused on how businesses can weather uncertain times and create long term success. The event featured Chamber members leading breakout sessions and two panels supporting those themes: Beyond the N.O.W. (Navigating, Obstacles, Ways to Wisdom) and Built to Last (Starting, Staffing, Supporting, Succession).

Keynote Speaker and Former Navy Seal Judson Kauffman started his career as a Navy SEAL and later transitioned into business, where he co-founded three successful companies across different industries. Throughout his career, he has disrupted multiple industries and earned a reputation for thinking and acting differently. Kauffman shared his journey with the audience, his research on the key to resilience, recovery, self-reflection, and transformation, and his passion on helping others find happiness and purpose.
