Village Books hosts an evening and book signing with Author Katherine Center

On Thursday, August 24, Village Books celebrated the newest romcom novel from bestselling author Katherine Center, Hello Stranger, with an author talk, reading, and book signing.

During the event, Houston native Katherine Center shared her sixteen-year journey as an author which all started with her first novel in the sixth grade (Duran Duran fan fiction). Katherine read how she first fell in love with romance novels and romantic fiction creates a “fantastic feeling of anticipation” and “love is a form of hope” from the Author’s note in her new tenth book, Hello Stranger. Katherine Center fans also had the opportunity to participate in a Q & A and book signing with the romcom author. Center’s next book is scheduled to be published next summer on June 11, 2024 and is a connected story to her popular and beloved novel, The Bodyguard.
