Woodlands Hills Offers Dedicated Bike Lanes

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Howard Hughes Corporation announced The Woodlands Hills as the first community in Conroe and Willis to offer dedicated bike lanes on major thoroughfares in the neighborly community development. The Woodlands Hills is one of Houston’s newest master planned communities, located 13 miles north of The Woodlands in the Houston metropolitan area.

The established bike lanes are a major milestone in the progress of new amenities including the highly-anticipated Activity Center, set to open this spring. The Woodlands Hills will continue to add lanes throughout the neighborhood connector roads as future development unfolds.

The forested community of The Woodlands Hills will eventually feature approximately 112 acres of open, natural space and 20 neighborhood parks including the 17-acre Founders Park. Highlighting the recreational opportunities is an Activity Center with a state-of-the-art fitness center and space for community events, which is set for completion in spring 2019. An interactive pool with a lazy river and a fitness pool are slated to be finished just in time for summer.

Offering a diverse assortment of new, one- and two-story single-family homes, renowned local and national homebuilders for The Woodlands Hills include Century Communities, Chesmar Homes, Gehan Homes, K. Hovnanian®Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes, which feature fully-decorated models. New homes are available from the $240s to $500s.

The Woodlands Hills is located on FM 830, approximately one mile west of I-45 with the property boundary extending north to FM 1097 and south to League Line Road. The community offers easy access to I-45, the Grand Parkway and the Hardy Toll Road.
