November 4, 2022 – The Woodlands Business Summit – The Woodlands Area Business Summit is a one-day conference that will provide leading edge information to companies so they may remain competitive and productive while maintaining a healthy business culture for all employees. The Business Summit provides access to leading edge corporate resources which enables competitive and productive functioning, while maintaining a healthy business culture for all employees. In addition to hearing from keynote speakers, registrants are offered various topical tracks over the span of four breakout sessions. November 5, 2022 – Furever Homes Model Home Tour & Pet Adoptions – Join us on Saturday, November 5 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. for the Furever Homes Model Home Tour & Pet Adoptions at The Lake House in Grand Central Park located at 1039 Lake House Drive, Conroe, TX 77304! Grand Central Park will be “raising the woof” to help pups and people find homes during the “Furever“ Homes Tour, 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 5. Friends of Faye will be at The Lake House, 1039 Lake House Drive, showcasing “pet-ential” furry friends for adoption. The event also includes free coffee and pastries by Hebrews Coffeehouse, pet vendors and the opportunity to tour 12 professionally decorated model homes. Admission is free. November 5, 2022 – Harvest in The Hills – Join us for the annual Harvest in the Hills on Saturday, November 5 from 10am to 3pm at the Activity Center located at Founders Park in The Woodlands Hills! November 12, 2022 – Montgomery County Heart Walk – Join your friends and neighbors and be a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives. Physical and emotional health have never been more important than they are now! November 12, 2022 – 3R Recycling Drive-Thru – Celebrate America Recycles Day at the 3R Recycling Drive-thru on Saturday, November 12 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at The Woodlands High School Parking Lot! This event celebrates the importance of recycling in our community and offers a free opportunity to recycle select items that cannot be recycled in curbside carts. Learn More

November 12 & 13, 2022 – Children’s Festival: Under the Sea – Dive into fun all weekend long at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion on November 12th and 13th with high energy shows, hands-on activities and adventure for all ages – all activities and live performances for just $10 a ticket! November 18-20, 2022 – Junior League Holiday Market – The 20th Annual JLTW Holiday Market is a shopping extravaganza event that will feature over 120 unique merchants from across the country selling specialty holiday items, home accessories, clothing, gourmet foods, jewelry, and much more! Junior League Holiday Market is the primary fundraiser for Junior League of The Woodlands! Proceeds from this event directly support our community programs and enable us to provide much-needed funding grants to non-profits in our service area. Shop at the Junior League Holiday Market at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center on Friday, November 18 through Sunday, November 20. November 24, 2022 – YMCA Run Thru The Woods – Celebrating 33 years Running for a CAUSE. Give Back and Give Thanks! Join us Thanksgiving Morning at the annual holiday charity tradition in South Montgomery County! An event that attracts more than 4500 runners and walkers. Start and Finish Line are located on Lake Robbins, in front of The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands. Event features a 1 Mile Kids Race: 3 Mile Race; 5 Mile Race; and 3 Mile Walk. Something for Everyone. All participants receive a goodie bag, event shirt, finisher medal and invite to the Post Race Celebration with FREE activities and refreshments! Register Today

November 1 – December 2, 2022 – Stock The Sleigh – Join Montgomery County Food Bank in the fight against hunger by participating in this year’s community food and funds drive, Stock The Sleigh, presented by Kodiak Gas Services and Woodforest National Bank! There are several ways to get involved including: Host A Food Drive, Become an Ornament Fundraiser, Become a Sponsor ‘Deck The Box’ Contest (If you’re hosting a food drive, don’t forget to participate in our collection box decorating contest! #StockTheSleighContest2022), and Donate (Donate to Stock The Sleigh to have an ornament filled out with your name and gift amount to be hung at the Food Bank!). November 5, 2022 – 34th Annual Woodlands Wildflower Festival – The Woodlands Wildflower Festival, hosted by the The Woodlands Lions Club at Rob Fleming Park from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., is a family fun day at the park with an art contest, free wildflower seeds, crafts, face painting, a bouncy house, vendors, and food trucks. November 5, 2022 – Alden Bridge Village Association Fall Festival – Join your neighbors at the free Alden Bridge Fall Festival for food, games, and lots of fun! The festival will be held at Lakeside Park, 5001 S Alden Bridge Dr, on Saturday, November 5 from 1-4 p.m. Learn More

November 5, 2022 – Pumpkin Smash – Join The Woodlands Environmental Services Department at Sterling Ridge Park and Ride from 4 to 6 p.m. for the first ever pumpkin smash! Instead of putting your jack-o-lantern in the trash, bring it to the Pumpkin Smash!  This FREE event provides a unique opportunity for residents to dispose of their Halloween pumpkins. Learn More

November 10, 2022 – 6th Annual VEL Legacy Awards Dinner – The 6th Annual VEL Legacy Awards Dinner will honor local community leaders, celebrate with our community, and raise funds for its 2023 operations. The dinner takes place at the Augusta Pines Country Club from 6-9 p.m. The event serves as VEL’s (Veterans, Entrepreneurs, and Leaders) largest fundraising event of the year wherein they honor one veteran, one entrepreneur, and one leader. November 10, 2022 – Fine Arts Preview Night – Join The John Cooper School on November 10 at 6 p.m. for their first annual Fine Arts Preview Night at the Glenn Performing Arts Center – Main Stage. Register Here

November 11, 2022 – Montgomery County Veterans Memorial Park Veterans Day Event – The Montgomery County Veterans Memorial Commission is hosting an event in recognition of Veterans Day Friday, November 11th at 9 a.m. at the Montgomery County Veterans Memorial Park, located at 1776 Freedom Blvd in Conroe, Texas, adjacent to the Montgomery County Central Library and the Lone Star Monument and Historical Flag Park. Scheduled program includes featured speaker retired General Mark A. Welsh, featuring the Conroe Symphony Orchestra with Gary Liebst, conductor, dedication of new members of The Line and ending with swearing in of new recruits to the United States Army. Learn More

November 11, 2022 – Salute to our Veterans – Join Conroe ISD at 10 a.m. for the annual Salute To Our Veterans program at Woodforest Bank Stadium. This event will also be livestreamed on the district’s YouTube page. This event is hosted by the District’s five JROTC units. Veterans in attendance will received a Conroe ISD JROTC challenge coin as a small token of appreciation for their service. Learn More

November 11, 2022 – The Woodlands Township Veterans Day Tribute – The Woodlands Township Veterans Day Tribute will feature a presentation of colors, Keynote Speaker, musical performances, and more. A special military Care Package Drop-Off Booth will be set up to accept donations of recommended items to be shipped to the troops. November 17, 2022 – Market Street Christmas Tree Lighting – Kick off the holiday season at Market Street with a soaring, 70-foot Christmas tree synchronized to twinkling lights and holiday music at 6 p.m. as part of the tree lighting celebration. The tree lighting will attract hundreds to witness the first “performance” of Market Street’s Christmas tree and the more than 25,000 multi-colored lights adorning Central Park. November 18, 2022 – January 16, 2023 – The Ice Rink at The Woodlands Town Center – Glide into the magic of the holiday season at The Ice Rink at The Woodlands Town Center! Hello Woodlands, in partnership with Operation Pets Alive, highlights a “Pet of the Month” that features a local dog or cat available for foster and/or adoption in Montgomery County, Texas. Operation Pets Alive is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization striving to elevate Montgomery County to a No-Kill community through innovative programs that raise community awareness, reduce the number of dogs and cats that enter our shelters, and increase the number of dogs and cats that leave our shelters alive.
