3R Recycling Drive-Thru celebrates America Recycles Day

The Woodlands Township Environmental Services Department hosted the 3R Recycling Drive-Thru event on the morning of Saturday, November 13at The Woodlands High School Parking Lot. The event celebrated America Recycles Day by offering free drive-thru recycling of lightbulbs, alkaline batteries, block styrofoam, textiles, snack and beverage pouches, and eyeglasses. Secure document shredding was also offered for a suggested donation of $5 or five cans of food.
