Memorial Hermann celebrates Independence Day with Patriotic Flag Raising
On the morning of Wednesday, July 3, staff at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center gathered outside their South Tower flag poles for a patriotic flag raising in honor of Independence Day, July 4. Local representatives of the Memorial Hermann VETS (veterans) employee resource group were on hand to conduct the ceremony along with hospital Security officers.
Pictured (below) are hospital staff, many who wore red, white and/or blue to show their American pride, while hospital Chaplain Brad McIver went above and beyond with his very patriotic ensemble! Also shown are three Security officers that raised the U.S. flag, the Texas flag and the Memorial Hermann flag during the morning event.
