South Montgomery County Friends of the Library Book Sale March 20-22
The South Montgomery County Friends of the Library is having its Book Sale on Thursday, March 20th through Saturday, March 22nd. The South Montgomery County Friends of the Library is a nonprofit organization that supports the George and Cynthia Woods Mitchell Library and the South Regional Library.
There are two locations for the Annual Friends of the Library Book Sale. Shoppers will find fiction, nonfiction, cookbooks, games, DVDs and coffee-table books at the Community Center, 2235 Lake Robbins Drive, The Woodlands (next to the South Regional Library). For Children, the Friends will have fiction and nonfiction at the South Regional Library Meeting Room (next to the Community Center).
Books may be purchased for 25 cents to one dollar. Funds support local Friends of the Library Shops who use their proceeds to support the Mitchell and South Regional libraries.
Adult Books Located at the Community Center are one dollar for hardcover books and 50 cents for paperback at 2235 Lake Robbins Drive, The Woodlands.
Children’s Books, located at the South Regional Library Meeting Room, are 50 cents for hardcovers and 25 cents for paperbacks at 2101 Lake Robbins Drive, The Woodlands.
Hours:
- Thursday, March 20th, First Choice Night – $5 Donation (with purchase): 5-8 pm
- Friday, March 21st 9am – 4pm
- Saturday, March 22nd 9am-12pm AND… $2 per Bag Sale 12:30-3:00pm
