MCHC launches She Se Puede to empower, connect, and uplift Women
On March 25, the Montgomery County Hispanic Chamber (MCHC) launched She Se Puede, an initiative designed to empower, connect, and uplift women. This new program provides a dedicated space for female professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders to mentor one another, foster professional growth, and build a thriving community of support.
The name She Se Puede—inspired by the empowering phrase “Sí Se Puede”—reflects MCHC’s commitment to ensuring that women in business, leadership, and entrepreneurship know that success is not just possible but inevitable when supported by a strong network.

The inaugural She Se Puede event was held on the morning of Tuesday, March 25 at Main Event-Shenandoah and sponsored by Main Event-Shenandoah, DLP Coaching, Diamonds Direct-The Woodlands, Simona’s Bistro, Oli’s Café, Junior League of The Woodlands, Inc. and Red Tangle Smart Offices.
Through She Se Puede, members will have access to exclusive networking events, mentorship programs, leadership workshops, and opportunities for professional development tailored to and for women. The initiative will also provide a platform to highlight and celebrate the achievements of women making an impact in Montgomery County and beyond.
