Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrests Massage Therapist in Magnolia

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a suspect following an investigation into an indecent assault at a local spa in Magnolia, Texas.

On July 3, 2026, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a 911 call regarding an indecent assault. Deputies met with a female victim who reported that she had been inappropriately touched and assaulted during a massage at Deluxe Therapeutic Massage & Spa, located at 4849 FM 1488 in Magnolia.

During the investigation, detectives identified the suspect as 29-year-old [suspect], from Magnolia. Further investigation revealed that [the suspect] has a prior arrest history for indecent assault dating back to 2022 while employed at Nara’s Therapeutic Massage Day & Spa in Harris County. Detectives worked with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office to gather evidence and obtain an arrest warrant which was successfully executed on July 16, 2026, while [the suspect] was working. [The suspect] was placed into custody, charged with Indecent Assault by a Health or Mental Provider, a state jail felony, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
