Arrest for Online Impersonation, Investigator looking for Victims

By  |

On February 14, the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables department and the Montgomery County ICAC (Internet Crimes against Children) task force ran a search warrant on Aberdeen drive in Magnolia. The suspect had been hacking into people’s social media accounts and sending messages to girls. The messages would state that he had obtained nude pictures of the girls and that he was going to post them all over the internet if they did not send him more photos. Toby Holcomb, 26, was arrested for Online Impersonation which is a Third Degree Felony. Third degree felonies are punishable by ten years in prison and a fine of $10,000.

The Precinct 5 Constable’s office is reaching out to the public to find out if there are any more victims in this case. If you know Holcomb or feel that you may have been a victim of online impersonation please contact the Montgomery County Pct. 5 Constables office at 281-259-6493 and ask for the ICAC investigator.
