Canopy’s Cancer Survivor Retreat included a morning of wellness, including breakfast, yoga, nutrition, and a mind and body presentation in various rooms of the survivorship center. Then the retreat participants had the opportunity to enjoy lunch following by an afternoon of beauty, including, a skincare and makeup session with Licensed Esthetician Michelle Morrow and then a color analysis by House of Colour consultant, Morgan Keith. The retreat concluded with a toast to hope, resilience, and survivorship followed by raffle prizes and goodie bags for all.

All instructors and committee members for the retreat all volunteered their time to make the inaugural Canopy Cancer Survivor Retreat possible.
