Child Predator arrested soliciting in Montgomery County

On April 22, 2025, detectives from Constable Ryan Gable’s Office collaborated with the Houston Area Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office in a proactive operation aimed at apprehending individuals attempting to solicit minors for sexual activities online.

During this operation, a Pct. 3 Detective identified Jason Guzman, 43, from Houston, Texas, who was attempting to engage in sexual acts with a minor. On April 29, 2025, Pct. 3 Detectives and Deputies located Guzman in the 3500 block of Discovery Creek Blvd, Spring where he had traveled from the south side of Houston to meet the child. He was arrested and charged with Online Solicitation of a Minor, a third-degree felony, and is currently held at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail.
