Co-Chairs for 2018 Giving Goes Glam Announced
Interfaith of The Woodlands and Junior League of The Woodlands (JLTW) have announced Noemi Gonzalez and Amy Torres will serve as co-chairs of the 2018 Giving Goes Glam Fashion Show and Luncheon. The highly anticipated event will be held at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center on Friday, April 13, 2018.
Noemi and Amy bring exceptional experience as leaders of the Giving Goes Glam committee, as both have served our community through various charitable contributions for many years. “These talented ladies make a perfect team, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the planning and execution of Giving Goes Glam 2018. Their experience, vast network of resources, and commitment to improving lives in our area made them the perfect choices to chair this year,” said Laura Bomer, President of Junior League of The Woodlands. “We are so appreciative for the time and hard work they will dedicate over the next several months.”
The event will include a New York style runway show highlighting fashion provided by featured retailers from the River Oaks District in Houston, TX. The event is the perfect combination of fun, fashion, and philanthropy! Proceeds from the event benefit the missions of both local non-profits that provide programs and services for the community.
“Interfaith of The Woodlands is pleased to partner once again with Junior League of The Woodlands for this event,” shared Missy Herndon, President and CEO of Interfaith of The Woodlands. “JLTW shares our commitment for serving the community by providing programs that provide assistance, education and improve the lives of families and individuals in the area. Combining the heart and dedication of both organizations has contributed to the success of this event since its inception in 2012.”
