Conroe Police Department holds annual National Police Officers Memorial Ceremony

On Thursday, May 18, 2023, the Conroe Police Department honored National Police Week with their annual Memorial Ceremony at Heritage Park in downtown Conroe. Officers from all across Montgomery County Laid the Wreath in a Multi-Agency Salutation, followed by a 21-Gun Salute. Conroe Police Department Officer Hughes played Taps to conclude the ceremony.

Conroe PD thanked: community leaders for attending and supporting the Law Enforcement, the Holcomb Family, Sacred Heart Catholic Church for always showing their support, and Blossom Flower Shop in Conroe for donating the wreath.

Numerous agencies attended today’s ceremony, including: Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Montgomery County Pct. 2 Constable, Montgomery County Pct. 1 Constable, Magnolia Police Department, Willis Police Department, Montgomery County Pct. 3 Constable, Montgomery Police Department, Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable, Huntsville Police Department, Shenandoah Police Department, Lone Star College System Police Department, and Department of Public Safety-Conroe.
