Kean Miller Announces Addition of Brian Albert as Partner
THE WOODLANDS, TX – Our growth trajectory in Texas continues as we are pleased to announce the addition of Brian Albert as a partner in our office in The Woodlands. Brian will continue his business and corporate practice with a particular emphasis on real estate transactions. This important addition expands our ability to provide clients with quality transactional and real estate services in the Lone Star state and a seamless client experience across our regional footprint.
Prior to joining the firm, Brian was a partner in a private practice law firm in The Woodlands and also served as in-house counsel and law clerk to Fortune 500 companies across several industries. He often utilizes his in-house experience when representing clients, providing sound legal and corporate advice.
He has experience in a wide range of transactions, including the representation of strategic investors, private equity groups, private and public corporations, nonprofit organizations, and other entities in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private debt and equity securities, purchase and sale of assets, financing related transactions, and other commercial transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts for various matters. Brian is particularly active in the commercial real estate development and energy sectors.
Brian earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2013. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from American University in 2009. While in law school, Brian served as Editor-in-Chief of the Houston Business & Tax Law Journal.
