Lone Star College to hold Adjunct Faculty Career Fair

HOUSTON, TX – Lone Star College is looking for qualified adjunct faculty to join its team to help promote student success with excellence in teaching.

“This event offers a unique opportunity for applicants to meet with hiring managers and interview on the spot for teaching opportunities for Fall 2022,” said Kristi Bonnin, LSC Recruiting Director. “Lone Star College is committed to finding quality adjunct faculty members.”

The LSC Adjunct Faculty Career Fair takes place Thursday, March 24, from 3:30 to 7 p.m. in the Lone Star Community Building located at LSC-System Office, 5000 Research Forest Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77381. Last entry will be at 6:30 p.m.

Candidates are asked to bring copies of their resumé, unofficial transcripts, certifications and licenses. Applicants are also urged to pre-register at LoneStar.edu/AFCF to expedite check-in and to review available positions.

LSC was recently named a 2021 Great Colleges To Work For® by the Chronicle of Higher Education in partnership with ModernThink, LLC. This was the fifth consecutive time LSC was recognized. In addition, Forbes named LSC to its ‘America’s Best Employers By State’ list. LSC was ranked 35th in Texas by Forbes who partnered with market research company Statista to compile the annual list.

“We know our community is full of passionate educators and we’ll have campus representatives to answer questions and assist with applications surrounding a variety of disciplines,” said Bonnin.
