Market Street Announces Multiple Additions to Retail and Restaurant Mix

THE WOODLANDS, TX – Market Street, The Woodlands’ sophisticated shopping, dining and entertainment destination, is emerging from the pandemic with exciting announcements about new shopping and dining additions, along with fresh updates to current boutiques. 

Newly-inked deals include the popular Tex-Mex cuisine favorite El Tiempo Cantina, to be located next to Schilleci’s and scheduled to open winter 2021; modern home and office furniture purveyor Herman Miller, to be located next to Tesla and also coming in winter 2021; and immersive fitness sensation Peloton, debuting next to Tumi in September 2021.

Mastro’s Ocean Club, dubbed a “culinary adventure of pure refinement,” is a luxury dining experience featuring the finest in steak and seafood selections. Mastro’s Ocean Club will open its doors in winter 2021 in the former Grotto space. Guests can enjoy hand-crafted cocktails and eclectic wines paired with a variety 16 different steaks and chops, along with seafood options such as Chilean sea bass, swordfish and Maine lobster.

Nutrient-dense, freshly made juices can be found at Pressed Juicery. Scheduled to debut September 2021 and located next to the new Sweet Greens, Pressed Juicery will offer cold-pressed juice, plant-based soft serves, and power-packed shots. 

CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Boutique will feature the latest makeup offerings from the internationally renowned French fashion and beauty brand. A skincare bar with tailored options for every complexion, as well as a vast selection of CHANEL fragrances will be featured at the boutique, set to open winter 2021 next to Tory Burch, including the legendary collection Les Exclusifs de CHANEL. 

Renovations 

Two much-loved retailers are relocating to offer a more convenient shopping experience for their guests. Sunglass Hut moved just next door to their former space to accommodate a full store renovation, which was completed in August 2021, and Lululemon has relocation plans for November 2021 that will be nearly double their current store size. The new location will be next to Tiffany & Co.

Recent Additions 

In January 2021, Market Street debuted a Tommy Bahama Home, which showcases upscale indoor and outdoor home furnishings and distinctive home décor. The Market Street Tommy Bahama Home location is only the third location nationally for the home store concept. 

Fabletics recently joined the retail mix April 2021, featuring the popular athleticwear brand founded by Kate Hudson with an accessible price point for men’s and women’s clothing and accessories. 

Health-focused Sweetgreen, which opened in May 2021, features simple, seasonal, locally-sourced and sustainable salads and bowls.
