Born in California, Mendocino Farms currently has 29 locations in their home state. Within the past year, they’ve made a concentrated effort to open more stores to communities in Houston. The Woodlands will mark their fifth restaurant in the Greater Houston area.

“Mendocino Farms is a neighborhood gathering place serving chef-driven, thoughtfully-sourced sandwiches and salads with white tablecloth hospitality. Our name pays tribute to Mendocino County, located on the north coast of California, known for its support of the Slow Food Movement and sustainable farming,” said Reid Tussing, Chief Development Officer for Mendocino Farms Sandwich Market. “Our seasonally rotating menu features fine dining quality ingredients sourced from deserving local farms and food artisans. We push the limits of what a simple sandwich or salad can be by envisioning our restaurants as gathering places where friends, families, and coworkers can come together over a good meal.”
