Montgomery County Pct. 5 Constables arrest Former Magnolia ISD Teacher

By  |

Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables are actively investigating allegations involving a former second-grade teacher that was employed at Magnolia Parkway Elementary School in the Magnolia Independent School District.

The investigation began in December 2025 following a report received through Child Protective Services alleging inappropriate contact between the teacher and students. Since that time, Montgomery County Precinct 5 Investigators have conducted multiple forensic interviews with students, interviewed witnesses and school personnel, and contacted numerous families associated with the classroom.

During the course of the investigation, several students disclosed incidents involving inappropriate physical contact, including lap-sitting, prolonged hugging, and other conduct alleged to have occurred inside the classroom during the 2024–2025 and 2025–2026 school years. Some students further alleged that touching occurred underneath or inside clothing. Precinct 5 Investigators are continuing to identify and interview potential witnesses and victims.

Today, May 21, 2026 Precinct 5 Constables arrested [the suspect], the 40 year old former teacher living in Magnolia after he met with investigators at the Child Protective Services Office. [The suspect] was arrested on a warrant obtained by Precinct 5 for Attempted Improper Relationship Between Educator and Student, a 3rd Degree Felony in Texas and is being held on a $150,000.00 bond.

Authorities emphasize that all allegations remain under investigation and that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Parents or guardians who believe their child may have had contact relevant to this investigation are encouraged to contact the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables Office at 281-259-6493.

Due to the ages of the children involved and the sensitive nature of the allegations, no additional identifying information regarding the students will be released at this time.

Constable Chris Jones and the Precinct 5 Constables will continue to work directly alongside the Magnolia Independent School District to protect all students and staff.  Any crime against our children will be fully investigated and followed through with until justice is served.
