Montgomery County Pct. 5 Constable’s Office responds to complaint against a Deputy for social media posts
On the afternoon of May 27, 2026, the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constable administration became aware of allegations involving a Deputy sharing pictures of an arrestee and a picture of their driver’s license on social media for unknown reasons.
The Precinct 5 Constable’s Office has strict policies regarding social media that prohibit any deputy from sharing images obtained while in the performance of their official duty. The Deputy accused has been placed on suspension until the investigation of this allegation is complete. Information is limited at this time as investigators are in the early stages of obtaining facts and evidence.
