New Danville Renames “Tea on the Lawn,” Introduces “Spring Thing”

WILLIS, TX – New Danville has announced that it is rebranding its annual Spring luncheon from Tea on the Lawn to New Danville’s Spring Thing.

Formerly known as Tea on the Lawn, co-chairs Odette D’Agostino and Karen Grace said, “2020 is our 15th Anniversary of serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. To honor this major achievement we thought it was time for a re-fresh.”

Karen Grace added, “This year will be a lovely luncheon, with specialty cakes as table centerpieces, it will be held at The Woodlands Resort and we will have our Marketplace filled with New Danville Products.”

“However,” she continued, “we are focusing more on our Wranglers. Including showcasing their talents as well as product demonstrations.”

New Danville’s Spring Thing will be held at The Woodlands Resort, 2301 North Millbend Drive, The Woodlands, on April 24, 2020. Doors will open at 10:30 a.m. For more information, including available sponsorships, please visit www.newdanville.org.
