The Woodlands Hills celebrates 5th Anniversary with Summer Bash
On Saturday, July 22, 2023, The Howard Hughes Corporation hosted the 5th Anniversary Celebration of The Woodlands Hills at the Activity Center at Founders Park. The free, family-friendly event was full of summer fun including live music, entertainment, a rock climbing wall, water slide, inflatables, games, face painting, balloon artists, food trucks and frozen treats. Attendees also had the opportunity to tour 15 fully furnished and decorated model homes plus win gift cards and door prizes.

On July 19, 2018, the official ribbon cutting and flag-raising ceremony marked the launch of The Woodlands Hills – a master planned community on 2,000 acres in a forested, gently rolling terrain. The Woodlands Hills was the first master planned community curated from scratch by Howard Hughes, complementing the two award-winning master planned communities in the Greater Houston area – The Woodlands and Bridgeland, also in the portfolio of Howard Hughes.
The Woodlands Hills is now an award winning community and ranked among the top 25 master planned communities in the Greater Houston area.
