The Woodlands residents can report issues and requests in Township 311 app
The Woodlands Township’s 311 reporting app is now available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. TheWoodlands311 app serves as a comprehensive solution for residents to report issues and concerns, enhancing the overall quality of life in our vibrant community. This innovative 311 Service Request system is integrated with the Township’s work order system, ensuring quicker processing of service requests.
Residents will enjoy a user-friendly interface and robust service request capabilities on TheWoodlands311, allowing users to easily report a variety of concerns. Residents can use the app to report concerns such as downed or unhealthy trees, streetscape maintenance issues, concerns about lakes and ponds, directional signage maintenance requests and more.
The app is packed with valuable information, offering a comprehensive range of resident resources including, but not limited to, insights on the home improvement process, transit information, important phone numbers and details on our trash and recycling services. By utilizing the app, residents can actively participate in maintaining and improving their community.
