Township presents Labor Day Drive-in Fireworks Display
THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Woodlands Township invites residents to relax and enjoy Labor Day weekend with a drive-in fireworks display on Sunday, September 6, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the festival portion of Labor Day in The Woodlands has been cancelled.
The seven-minute fireworks display will be launched from the northeast corner of Lake Robbins and Six Pines Drive at approximately 8:55 p.m. with live coverage on Woodlands Online. Designated parking areas for fireworks viewing include various locations in The Woodlands Mall, Market Street and the Gold Lot at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Spectators are encouraged to support local restaurants by ordering food to-go ahead of the fireworks display.
Please note that this is a drive-in fireworks display only. Tailgating, tents, tables and glass containers are prohibited. Spectators should remain in or around their vehicles. Restrooms will not be provided. Those planning to view the fireworks should practice social distancing, refrain from gathering in large groups, and continue following all guidelines recommended by the CDC.
