IRONKIDS Texas Fun Run returned to The Woodlands
The 2022 Children’s Memorial Hermann IRONKIDS Texas Fun Run was held on Saturday, April 16 at Town Green Park in The Woodlands.

The IRONKIDS Fun Run offered young athletes from age one to seventeen years old the opportunity to feel the excitement of competition while enjoying the outdoors and promoting healthy living. The races included a mile run for ages 5 to 17, a half-mile run for ages 3 to 8, and the Toddler Dot Trot, an 80-foot course for independent walkers, ages 1 to 3 years old.
In addition to the race events, the park also included fun activities for families of all ages, including a mingle with mascots featuring Clutch from the Houston Rockets, an obstacle course with games, a photo booth, arts and crafts, ambulance tours, and face-painting. Each athlete received a goodie bag with a race bib, a finisher shirt (artwork pictured), a medal, and the pride of calling themselves an IRONKID.
