33rd Annual Wildflower Festival Cancelled

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Woodlands Lions Club has cancelled the 33rd Annual Wildflower Festival scheduled for Saturday, October 24, 2020 at Rob Fleming Park due to concerns over the Covid-19 Pandemic. 

According to Jude McNamara, event chairperson, this action was taken to ensure the safety of our fellow residents and to comply with state and local safety policies. The club is already in the process of planning for an enhanced Wildflower Festival in the Fall of 2021. In addition, applications for sponsorships are now being accepted.

The Woodlands Lions Club is currently holding virtual online club meetings on the second and fourth Thursday of the month. Lions clubs are a group of men and women who identify needs within the community and work together to fulfill those needs.
