The Woodlands Area Economic Development Partnership launches Rebrand highlighting Forward-Facing Vision for the Region
The Woodlands Area Economic Development Partnership (EDP) today unveiled its new logo, brand identity, and redesigned website – positioning the region as the “ideal business landscape” for companies seeking a new strategic location. This new approach demonstrates the organization’s evolution as it prepares for the next 50 years of economic growth, innovation, and community impact.
The updated brand, generously funded as a joint effort between The Woodlands Township and Howard Hughes, reflects the EDP’s transformation into a results-driven economic development organization focused on four market opportunities: Energy, Chemicals, Biomanufacturing, and Premium Office. The new website delivers clearer navigation, data-driven content, and a more dynamic presentation of The Woodlands’ competitive advantages.

“The Woodlands offers access to Houston’s workforce and infrastructure with the quality of life, speed, talent, and pro-business environment to help companies thrive,” said Jevon Gibb, President & CEO of The Woodlands Area EDP. “Our new brand reflects how we operate — confident because we can prove it. Our job is to demonstrate why The Woodlands is the right answer for companies evaluating their options.”
Brad Bailey, Chairman of The Woodlands Area EDP and representative of The Woodlands Township, emphasized that the new brand supports the Township’s evolving economic priorities. “The Woodlands Township is going to be focused on aggressive, proactive business recruitment, and it is important that our brand clearly reflects that direction,” said Bailey. “The rebrand signals to companies locally, nationally, and globally that The Woodlands is ready, aligned, and committed to attracting high-quality employers who will strengthen our economy for decades to come.”

The new website features enhanced tools for business leaders and site selectors, including CEO testimonial videos, workforce analytics, a real estate overview, investor resources, and insights into the region’s established business ecosystem.
