Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Holiday Weekend DWI Task Force Update

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office led this weekend’s countywide DWI Task Force, coordinating with our partner police agencies to keep our roads safe throughout the holiday period. We conducted concentrated enforcement operations across Montgomery County.

Over the three‑day weekend, the task force made 127 total arrests, including:

• 65 DWI arrests
• Multiple arrests for possession of a controlled substance
• Arrests for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon

Our deputies work every holiday to protect this community. We don’t sleep. We don’t rest. We stand ready, day and night, to keep Montgomery County safe.
