Houston Methodist Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Offers Student Physicals July 29
THE WOODLANDS, TX – As the new school year and local ISD athletic seasons approach, Houston Methodist Orthopedics & Sports Medicine The Woodlands is offering student physicals sponsored by the Houston Texans.
Physicals will be available for students ages 12-18 on Saturday, July 29, from 8-11 a.m. at 17183 Interstate 45, Medical Office Building 1, Suite 210 at a cost of $25 cash only. Please bring glasses or wear contacts if you have corrected vision, your consent form and school physical form with completed medical history and complete all forms in blue or black ink only.
