Bomb Threat suspect found and arrested in Spring
Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Detectives have identified and arrested the person responsible for making a bomb threat originally on August 22, 2017.
On September 7, 2017, Detectives arrested Donald Dricker II for making the bomb threat. Dricker was charged with felony Terroristic Threat, which is a Felony 3 and a bond was set at $3,000.00. The suspect was arrested at a residence on Brookflower Rd in Spring, Texas.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office had asked for the public’s assistance on September 1, 2017 in identifying a suspect who entered The Woodlands’ sub-station on August 22, 2017 and used the phone in the lobby to call in a bomb threat.
During the early morning hours on Tuesday, August 22nd, Dricker, identified then as a white male with tattoos on his left arm, entered the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Woodlands Division sub-station and used the phone in the lobby to call 911. Once connected with police dispatch, the male began to rant about religion and made a statement about blowing the building up, then left. This statement caused alarm to the point that the entire building was evacuated and staff was called in including assistance from the Montgomery County Fire Marshal’s Office with explosive detection equipment to render the building safe.
