Houston Methodist Orthopedics & Sports Medicine offers Student Physicals August 3
As athletic seasons approach with the new school year, Houston Methodist Orthopedics & Sports Medicine The Woodlands is offering student physicals sponsored by the Houston Texans.
Physicals will be available for students ages 12-18 on Saturday, Aug. 3, from 8-11 a.m. at 17183 Interstate 45, Medical Office Building 1, Suite 210 at a cost of $25 per screening (cash only).
Student athletes are asked to please bring your consent form and school physical form with completed medical history and complete all forms in blue or black ink only and please wear glasses or contacts if you have corrected vision.
